You can choose classes throughout the day to suit your schedule, or choose private classes at a time that suits you. With an all-inclusive membership you can also access all suitable classes in both Pullman and Moscow.  We encourage cross-training. BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial arts style derivative from Judo and developed in Brazil by the famous Gracie family. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is based on leverage and timing in order to control one's opponent. Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes incorporate a great variety of very efficient techniques (joint locks, chokes, pins, takedowns and also self-defense focused strikes). An open-ended curriculum makes
the journey endless. Our cycle through program of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes deliver a step-by-step learning process through fun drills and live training. We also focus on increasing flexibility, mobility and mental-physical strength.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals

BJJ Fundamentals is an ongoing cycle through program that covers all the basic techniques of the sport. Our BJJ classes utilize a variety of active drills to generate muscle memory, increase mobility and fitness levels. Techniques learned at this level act as the building blocks of a successful journey.

Youth Brazilian jiu Jitsu

Starting from the age of 12 through 16, our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes incorporate the methodology of our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals program, with a bit more focus on mentorship and live training. Techniques learned at this level act as the building blocks of a successful journey.

Children
Brazilian jiu Jitsu & Judo

This program starting from the age of 7 through 12 years old, focuses on coordination, mobility, fitness, discipline, team and individual positive work habits . Children that participate in our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes also learn Judo and Self-Defense techniques. These include a variety of solo and partner drills, as well as live training. Children also engage in a variety of fun team games and exercises.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

We offer a fully-equipped functional fitness facility supervised by certified CrossFit and Athletic trainers. We tailor our fitness training program to suit your physical fitness goals and needs within a group setting. The goal is to get the best out of a full hour by programming. Enjoy constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements. Our functional fitness training program includes skill work, strength work, and high intensity for the best and fastest results for our members! No matter your fitness level, we tailor the level of intensity to fit your needs. Improve fitness performance with our functional fitness training program.

Fitness Foundations

Designed to meet you at your current physical ability and provide the necessary tools to meet your fitness goals. Whether your goals are to feel good, be healthy, garden, carry your dog food, pick up your grandkids, or run a marathon, this class is designed for you. This functional fitness training program is appropriate for the individual who has never worked out in their life and would like to learn, as well as for the competitive athlete who wants to improve their work-out game. Improve functional movement even when faced with physical limitations or injuries. Moreover, prevent the same as they carry on throughout their life.

V7 Fit Kids

Our V7 Functional Fitness Kids Program for ages 7-12 years old is an action-packed hour of fitness fun. Children improve fitness performance while increasing body-awareness, balance, coordination, strength and conditioning. The program includes various body-weight exercise circuits, obstacle courses and weight-lifting basics! This is an excellent after school activity to burn off extra energy while building strong bodies and a good fitness foundation.

MMA

Our program takes into consideration the aspirations and fitness level of each member. We base the program on Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. However, training also includes other major martial arts disciplines and is fitness-minded. MMA is a serious and fun way to better yourself.

MMA Foundations

V7 MMA Foundation classes teaches a broad range of techniques for all fitness levels. Diverse striking techniques combined with grappling, Kickboxing, BJJ and Judo provide a solid foundation for further pursuit of Mixed Martial Arts. This sport is fun, gets you in shape and teaches you skills you can use for a lifetime.

Youth Karate

This program starting from age 7 through 12 years old. The children's karate program intends to build a solid foundation in Shotokan Karate with the focus on proper stance, form, striking techniques, katas and situational self-defense. Children also engage in a variety of fun team games and exercises.
