I am more than pleased with the facility at V7 in Pullman. The functional fitness area is a clean and up-to-date facility with good coaches. The mat area for BJJ/MMA/etc is beautiful with a great "cage" for the MMA athletes. The coaching is fantastic across the board and the classes are all very fun and engaging.
